Derek is a sales representative with Remax Eastern Realty Inc. Derek focuses extensively on all areas of the office and residential apartment housing market, and has acted in an advisory capacity to an array of institutional and private clientele. A partial list of Derek's recent clients would include Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, The TVM Group, Bick Properties, Enbridge Gas Distribution, and many others. Derek recently negotiated the sale and partial leaseback of Trent University's Peter Robinson College on behalf of a private client.
